She has led organisations and programmes focused on delivering national and regional policy change through high-profile campaigns, coalition building, and political and media engagement.

Her expertise includes strategic planning, political influencing, and communications, evidenced by a strong track record of attracting funding and achieving lasting impact.

Alongside this, she brings extensive experience in organisational development, governance, partnership building, developing people, stakeholder engagement, organisational change, risk and impact assessment, and financial management.
