Oonagh Goodman

Oonagh Goodman is Director of Fundraising and Engagement at Rainbow Trust Children's Charity where she leads fundraising, marketing and engagement strategies. She brings over 30 years of experience of fundraising and marketing in the not-for-profit and commercial sector with a strong background in fundraising governance, brand management, communications and digital.
As a passionate geographer she has a life-long interest in the relationship between people and the physical environment and greatly values the positive impact that an attractive environment has on the well-being of communities and their residents.
Oonagh joined the CleanupUK Board of Trustees in July 2026 to contribute extensive sector knowledge, fundraising and marketing expertise to support CleanupUK’s long-term growth and impact.
Oonagh is also a member of the NCVO Strategic Advisory Panel and CIM-qualified marketer.
