Friends of Rising Sun Country Park are local volunteers working with North Tyneside’s Park Team. We organised and participate in regular maintenance, conservation and nature discovery activities. We run a monthly community litterpicking session on the last Monday each month , starting at 10 am and meeting outside the cafe at the Countryside Centre.
