🌸🚯Carole Stevens🚯🌸 Did another litter pick on Wednesday around Wilton Gardens, 2 small car parks on the way to the seafront and Beach Lawns. 3 big bags collected. So much rubbish around especially in the gutters and where cars are parked 🤬 I’m confident I can fill the Great British Spring Clean bags 🚮 We can do this 🌸

🚯Adopt-a-Street volunteers🚯 were out picking up litter along the cycle path from Premier Inn to Asda this morning. It is work in progress as there is soooooooooo much of it. We only spend 2 hours as that is enough for volunteers to do as we are not paid staff and don't want it to feel like a job. 21 bags and so many people stopped and had a chat with lots of thanks. :-) We will be out again on Thursday picking up cycle path between Tesco Clover Court and towards B&Q.

🚯Weston Youth Council🚯 We had a highly productive afternoon with volunteer groups and Weston Youth Council members, tackling litter in a large park on the Bournville estate. Great to have our MP Daniel Aldridge join in and stay until the very end. We collected a dozen bags of litter, leaving the area much cleaner! Well done to everyone involved.
