A local resident suggested starting up a community litter pick with the support of Community Builder Natalie. Local residents and students come together once a month to litter pick for an hour. We begin at Devonshire Place Orchard at 11.00am and finish at 12 noon. We team up in pairs to litter pick, connect and keep active.
We collect cans for Exeter City Football Club. ECFC work with Exeter City Council to recycle the cans, with all proceeds going to the community.
We are a mix of ages and welcome anyone who is happy to join us.
*All equipment is provided, however bring your own if you have any ♻️

A fair amount of litter between us today. Our regular pickers are bringing their own equipment and the roads are looking clutter free. So resourceful 🙂 I hope we're setting a good example to others and hopefully more people will join us.
