The Salaam Community Centre provides a safe space for local residents to come together and socialise. As a community we want to improve our environment and have streets we are proud off. Streets that aren't littered, flytipped in, daubed with graffiti and fouled in. We want to be able to walk around our community freely without having to constantly watch our step. Together, we can make a community we are proud of!

What a fantastic morning!! ♻️🎉☕️🧹
20 Volunteers from The Salaam Community Centre - Poolie Time Exchange Poolie Time Exchange CleanupUK Hartlepool Big Town Tidy Up and Hartlepool Borough Council joined forces to collect **25 bags of Litter**
from Murray Street and the surrounding areas, we were supported by residents and local businesses who were extremely grateful for our positive approach to tackling the litter.
