🚯Susan Cooke🚯 2 Bags collected today around Clarence Parks, Walliscote and Moorland Roads. 21 year old packet found, ketchup bottle with ketchup still in it (funnily enough it couldn't be recycled). Cigarette Butts are litter, their filters contain plastic and they're hazardous to wildlife 😫🚬🚭 Clarence Park Cafe have kindly agreed to provide a collection tub for your coffee cup plastic tops. We can take these, shred, melt and hey presto single plastic reimagined to???! Thank you ladies 👍🚮♻️💚🌍🌊 #lovewhereyoulive #supportlocal #litterpicking #bethechange #plasticrecycling

🚯Susan Couzens🚯 Took this photo on my way to town. Between a fence and wall through my usual cutthrough at the top of Osborne Road and Earlham Grove. Collected the security nets which cover alcohol bottles, where the alarms went off for a short while whilst walking into town🫣. There was also a nitrous? canister to do with catering which I left and an electric kettle. 🤔

🚯 Uphill Village Society🚯 Thank you to all those who took part in today’s Uphill Spring Clean. Around 20 bags of rubbish were cleared from the village streets and adjacent nature reserves. Sadly some areas will require further attention but today’s efforts have more than helped Keep Uphill Tidy and ready for the Easter Trail around the village on 4th April
